Blatter lobbed him £1.3 mill which he can't account for, so see no reason he would be crooked in helping Qatar getting the World Cup gig

loved him as a player but anyone who gets to the level he got to in football administration is corrupt, I'm just surprised the current slaphead in charge of fifa hasn't also been arrested
